About

My name is Alton and I'm currently 20 years old. I have over 3 years of work experience in IT, but 6+ years working on technology. I've always had a passion for new technology, as well as fixing them when they break. I've always learned how to search online to fix my own problems prior to calling for help, and that's what got me where I am today. I currently hold 7 certifications as of today. I'm also a recent Louisiana Technical College graduate with my Computer Network Specialist diploma. My background includes a wide variety of things in IT, but I focus today mostly on IT Security. I've spent countless amount of hours studying and researching, and it couldn't have paid off anymore than it did. I've been working on PCs ever since a kid, and majority of the people in the close neighborhoods knew about my skills, and always called me for their PC troubles.

Majority of the work I do is not for the money, but because of the interest I have. A lot of people come on the site wanting to compare me to others before making their choice, and try to force me to bring my prices down based on others. My prices are usually low as it is, especially for the high quality work I do, so I'm usually not flexible when it comes to my pricing. I have a lot of confidence in the work that I complete, and I'm always sure that whoever I'm working with will be satisfied without a doubt. My certifications came from hard work and studying, and they also validate my knowledge in the work that I perform. Many others who work in this field do not carry relevant certifications when offering services to you, so it's a huge plus for me. All of my work, estimated times, and the prices for my services are very well worth it, and I hope you consider me for your IT support needs.
